Conference Registration

Registration and Participation

Registration is necessary for participation in the conference.
Registration and payment of fees is online only. No cash/cheque/draft is acceptable on the spot.
Online registration will close on midnight of February 15, 2025. After that only Spot Registration will be available at the Spot Registration counter, which will be subject to availability of seats.
Only one presenting author is allowed to submit abstract for Oral/Poster Presentation.
Other participants not submitting abstracts can also get themselves registered directly.
No abstract will be accepted for presentation and inclusion in the abstract book without payment of the registration fee.
All registered participants will be provided with delegate kit, working lunch, snacks and tea.
No conveyance will be provided by the organizers. The outstation delegates will have to make their own arrangements.
Accommodation can be arranged in the campus in hostels and guest houses on request and first-cum-first-serve basis. Accommodation on campus is limited.
